First, you must subcribe into the mailing list. From your email address (that addres will be used by listserver to send all list messages to you) just send empty email message ti the address:

You will receive confirmation request almost immediately. Just use Reply function.
When you are registered in this list, you can send your messages to other mailing list members via sending message to mailing list address:
